HBG provides specialist support and assistance for horses & horseboxes, yachts and motorboats, HGVs, trailers, coaches, minibuses, people carriers and livestock haulage.

Committed to Customer Service
At HBG Assistance we pride ourselves on our dedication to customer satisfaction – and that’s borne out by the fact that our customer complaint rate is less than 0.8%! But we’ll never rest until that level is driven down still lower, so we make sure we respond to all complaints within 24 hours of receipt. Thereafter, if follow up enquiries are required, the complaint should be resolved within five working days. However, if a more detailed investigation is required, we will contact the customer at regular intervals to give an update on the investigation until the issue is resolved. Each complaint is dealt with on an individual basis and any settlement proposed is matched to the severity of the incident.
